Product Foundry's role

Product Foundry operates a curated execution marketplace for Product Management, Product Marketing, Project Management, Marketing, Event Marketing, Go-to-Market, and related work. The platform supports structured briefs, readiness review, explainable recommendations, approved shortlists, consent-based introductions, interviews, contracts, payments, engagement tracking, feedback, and optional intelligence tools. Product Foundry is not a job board, employer of record, legal adviser, or guarantee of any hiring or engagement outcome unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.

AI-assisted services and human review

• • FoundryAI may structure, parse, summarize, score, recommend, draft, route, identify uncertainty, and flag risk.
• • AI output is decision support and may be incomplete or incorrect. Users must review relevant information before acting on it.
• • AI does not make final hiring, rejection, compensation, verification, introduction, contract, payment, or administrator decisions.
• • Product Foundry may require human review, clarification, consent, or approval before a workflow advances.

Accounts and authorized use

• • Users must provide accurate registration information, protect their credentials, and use only accounts and workspaces they are authorized to access.
• • Company team members must act within their assigned permissions. Talent users may act only for their own profiles and opportunities.
• • Users must not probe, bypass, automate against, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse platform security, rate limits, privacy controls, or access restrictions.
• • Product Foundry may suspend access or pause an action when information is incomplete, unauthorized, unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.

User content and accuracy

• • Companies remain responsible for the accuracy and authority of briefs, budgets, timelines, requirements, contracts, and company information they submit.
• • Talent remains responsible for the accuracy of resumes, credentials, experience, proof points, availability, compensation expectations, and preferences they submit.
• • Users must not submit content that is unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, infringing, malicious, or confidential without authority.
• • AI suggestions do not verify a claim. Acceptance of a suggestion confirms only the user's edit or instruction, not independent verification.

Matching, shortlists, and introductions

• • Match scores, evidence, readiness assessments, and recommendations are informational and do not guarantee suitability or availability.
• • Only Product Foundry-approved shortlist items may progress through the company-facing introduction workflow.
• • Talent contact information is not released solely because a company views a profile or requests an introduction.
• • A valid company request, talent consent, required Product Foundry approval, and removal of blocking conditions are required before authorized contact release.

Commercial terms

Marketplace pricing, Talent Pro fees, success fees, conversion fees, talent compensation, taxes, expenses, cancellation terms, and payment timing are described on the Pricing and Payment Terms pages and may be supplemented by an order, invoice, checkout, contract, or other written agreement. If there is a conflict, the applicable signed or accepted transaction document governs that transaction.

Feedback, calibration, and aggregated insights

Product Foundry may capture structured workflow feedback and outcomes to improve future recommendations. Proposed calibration signals remain governed, reviewable, bounded, reversible, and subject to administrator oversight. Product Foundry may use aggregated or de-identified operational information for internal Foundry Insights, subject to privacy safeguards and small-group suppression.

No guarantee and limitation of reliance

Product Foundry does not guarantee that a user will be approved, matched, shortlisted, introduced, interviewed, contracted, paid, hired, or successful in an engagement. Users remain responsible for their own diligence, professional advice, hiring decisions, employment or contractor classification, taxes, legal compliance, and contractual commitments.

Changes, termination, and contact

Product Foundry may update platform features and these draft terms as the marketplace evolves. Material changes should be posted with an updated date. Users may stop using the service, subject to existing contracts, payment obligations, record-retention requirements, and workflow commitments.
