AI Disclosure
AI prepares the work. Product Foundry reviews the risk.
Product Foundry uses AI to structure briefs, identify missing information, draft shortlist context, prepare status updates, and surface risk so companies and talent can move faster with human review in the loop.
Draft notice
This page is written in plain language for beta users and should be reviewed by legal counsel before being treated as final legal terms.
How AI may be used
- Brief structuring, uploaded file parsing, missing-field detection, and role-readiness review.
- Talent profile structuring, resume parsing, skill extraction, profile readiness suggestions, and proposal support.
- Match scoring, match rationale drafts, shortlist support, marketplace workflow summaries, and AI-prepared questions or message drafts for Product Foundry review.
What AI does not decide
AI does not make final hiring, approval, rejection, intro, verification, payment, contract, fee-waiver, or admin decisions. Product Foundry admin review remains the final layer for sensitive workflow steps.
User review is required
AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or require correction. Companies, talent, and Product Foundry admins should review AI-supported outputs before relying on them.
