Talent terms for joining Product Foundry.
These terms describe how talent builds a private profile, reviews recommendations and opportunities, controls consent, and progresses through introductions and engagements.

Draft notice
These plain-language beta terms describe the current Product Foundry workflow. They remain subject to applicable agreements and should be reviewed by qualified Canadian legal counsel before being treated as final legal terms.
Free registration and account responsibility
Talent registration remains available without Talent Pro. Talent must use their own account, protect credentials, provide current contact information, and act only for their own profile and opportunities.
Profile accuracy
- • Talent is responsible for the accuracy of resume, employer, title, date, education, credential, skill, experience, accomplishment, portfolio, availability, rate, location, work-authorization, reference, and proof-point information.
- • FoundryAI suggestions are not verification and must be reviewed before acceptance.
- • Product Foundry may request clarification or place readiness or verification blockers when information is incomplete, contradictory, unsupported, or stale.
Talent Copilot recommendations
Talent Copilot may identify completeness gaps, evidence gaps, inconsistencies, transferable experience, and next actions. Recommendations remain suggestions until talent accepts or edits them. Rejections and deferrals may be recorded for auditability and can reappear after a material profile change when still relevant.
Credentials and verification
Credentials, references, and proof points are not automatically verified. Product Foundry administrators review verification material according to the supported workflow. Talent must not claim that Product Foundry verified information unless the platform explicitly shows that status.
Privacy and semantic consent
Public marketplace cards remain anonymized before an approved introduction. Optional semantic matching for talent requires explicit consent and uses minimized eligible profile information, excluding private verification evidence. Talent may withdraw supported consent, subject to the in-flight processing and record-retention limits described in the Privacy Policy.
Opportunity review and introductions
- • Only approved opportunities and shareable explanations are presented through the supported workflow.
- • Talent may accept, decline, request clarification, confirm availability or compensation alignment, and edit any AI-assisted expression of interest before submission.
- • FoundryAI cannot submit interest or consent for talent.
- • Private decline notes are not automatically disclosed to the company.
Talent Pro
Talent Pro is optional and entitlement-gated. It may provide AI profile optimization, proposal support, portfolio improvement, readiness guidance, priority-review indicators where allowed, and interview-preparation tools. Talent Pro does not guarantee approval, matching, shortlist placement, introductions, interviews, contracts, or paid work.
Contracts, payments, and taxes
Talent is responsible for reviewing engagement terms, obtaining professional advice where appropriate, meeting contractual obligations, and complying with applicable tax, business, licensing, and classification requirements. Product Foundry payment or contract tooling does not replace those responsibilities.
Professional conduct and confidentiality
Talent must protect confidential company information, communicate accurately and professionally, avoid conflicts and misrepresentation, use opportunities only for their intended purpose, and not bypass supported privacy, introduction, contract, or payment workflows.
No outcome guarantee
Product Foundry does not guarantee application approval, readiness status, matching, opportunity availability, introductions, interviews, engagement terms, payment, or career outcomes.
