Profile and resume information
Talent should provide accurate resume, profile, skills, availability, rate, proof point, and work preference information. Product Foundry may request updates if details are incomplete.
Privacy and intros
Talent profiles are intended to stay anonymized until Product Foundry approves an intro. Talent may show interest, decline, or request more information when opportunities are surfaced.
Talent Pro
Talent Pro is optional. It can support profile optimization, proposal drafting, portfolio polish, match readiness, priority review, and interview preparation, but it does not guarantee approval, matching, interviews, or paid work.
