Draft notice
These plain-language beta terms describe the current Product Foundry workflow. They remain subject to applicable agreements and should be reviewed by qualified Canadian legal counsel before being treated as final legal terms.
Essential technologies
- • Authentication and secure company, talent, and administrator sessions.
- • Role and workflow continuity, security controls, spam prevention, and form protection.
- • Checkout return handling, payment security, and other features necessary to provide requested services.
- • Load balancing, reliability, error handling, and operational diagnostics.
Preferences and performance
Product Foundry may use cookies or local storage to remember interface choices and understand aggregate performance. These technologies should not be used to bypass role permissions or expose another user's private marketplace data.
Third-party services
Authentication, hosting, security, email, AI, payment, and analytics providers may set or read technologies necessary to provide their services. Their processing is subject to their own notices and Product Foundry's configuration.
User controls
Browser settings may allow users to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential session or security technologies may prevent login, registration, payment, consent, or dashboard features from working correctly.
Do-not-track and changes
Browser do-not-track signals are not handled uniformly across the industry. Product Foundry will update this notice when its material use of cookies or similar technologies changes.
