During beta, approved companies can submit one role, project, or job brief, receive Product Foundry review, and see up to 3 anonymized matches with basic fit notes before paid workflow begins.

A company creates a workspace and shares a business need through guided conversation, pasted text, an uploaded brief, or the structured form.
Company Copilot structures the brief
FoundryAI organizes the source into versioned fields with provenance, confidence, missing information, uncertainty, contradictions, and focused questions.
Company confirms and Product Foundry reviews
Confirmed information is protected from silent overwrite. Blocking gaps must be resolved before the brief becomes match-ready, unless an authorized administrator records an override.
Explainable matching prepares recommendations
Deterministic rules and, where enabled and consented, semantic signals assess multiple dimensions with evidence, confidence, positive signals, concerns, and reviewable exclusions.
Product Foundry approves the shortlist
Raw AI recommendations do not reach companies directly. Approved ShortlistItem records are the company-facing source of truth.

An authorized company user reviews the approved shortlist, explanations, and next action before requesting an introduction.
Talent reviews and consents
Talent receives a privacy-safe opportunity explanation and can accept, decline, request clarification, or edit an expression of interest.
Contact release and engagement workflow
Contact details are released only after required consent and approval. Existing interview, contract, Stripe payment, milestone, and engagement workflows continue.
Feedback improves future recommendations
